- Stavros 'Stavi' Zorka is a Willworker, also known as a Mage in the modern world, of the Phlogistonic School of Magic. His powers are expressed through gadgetry and admixtures. He is a modern day Prometheus in a world where his powers are not longer as cryptic as they once were in past times. He can manifest wonders thought only possible in pulp magazines at a risk of backlash.
- His actual class is an Artificer. Allowing him to perform marvels such as enhancing items and casting few spells. He has several tricks, although he lacks the direct strength of a true Sorcerer, Wizard, or Warlock.
- Believes his wife was assassinated by a rival Mage. Dr. Zorka, as he sometimes calls himself, has begun a private investigation into the matter outside of any oversight within the Mage community that he lives in.
