Crossbow Expert: Ignores reload quality with Crossbows and other mechanical ranged weapons. Firing a mechanical weapon in melee does not provoke a Disadvantage. Can make an attack with a one-handed weapon and then firing a load crossbow in the character's possession.

Sneak Attack: When attacking with Surprise or by Stealth, a Rogue deals +3d6 damage.

Cunning Action (1/Round): Once per round, as a Bonus Action, a Rogue can Dash, Disengage, Slight of Hands, or Stealth

Uncanny Dodge (1/Round): Once per round, as a Reaction, a Rogue can halve the damage from an attack they see coming.

Second-Story Work: Climb faster than normal, can double pace of a running jump.

Usually Rafferty was only about the silver he could fetch for himself to pay for a night's lodging over the Grey Lady. Some mead, a section of a cheese wheel, he never could finish an entire wheel himself, and perhaps a cigarillo and a bottle before retiring for the evening. Now he was pulling in extra work to please his boss, Margot. Rafferty's last name may have been Godsgift, but by the Gods did she have a hold on the sly Rogue. 

Notes 

  • Rafferty is a Halfling Rogue working for Sandyfoot Clan in the northern portion of Middle City. The working class, merchants, and tradesmen that live north of the Grand Market of The City. Rafferty is a relatively fresh to the Guild, although like many Halflings, he is well aware of the Sandyfoots before joining their organization. The Clan provides protection for the Halfling section while taking one or two 'liberties' for the wealthy merchants south of their section.
  • Has struck up a relationship with his immediate superior, Margot Sandyfoot. One of the distant members of the Clan. Having been with Margot, Rafferty is eager to prove himself to the Guild and to stay in Margot's good graces. She is his first cut
  • Although he prefers to avoid detection, like all good Halflings, Rafferty is also a fair marksmen and favors the crossbow over thrown weapon or daggers.
