• Nyelxindres (Ni-el-zin-dres) Marfan is a a lesser Arcathi Dragonborn from the secretive Verthisathurgiesh Clan located in the City-State of Rodhin, the largest concentration of Dragonborn in the region since before the colonization of the High Thonians to the region, dwelling in the Serpent's Valley surrounded by the Dragon Hills and the Spine. Nye is a black scaled Dragonborn whose bloodline is associated with water, particularly the swamp. Like other blacksclaes, Nyelxindres can breathe a cone of acid.
• As a 'Lesser' Arcathi (or Arcath), Nye is expected to act as a field agent on behalf of his clan. Either working for the security of the city-state, or to get his hands on powerful spells. It is a dream of the clan to infiltrate Cloudtop, the citadel of Robert the Bald and learn from his spellbook. For now, without revealing his relationship to the mysterious Verthisathurgiesh, Nye is working in the Eastern Hak outside of the Valley, having been contacted while in Dragonia by a mysterious Peshwah named Piosenna who knows of a wreck of The Gods that are rumored to fall from the skies.
• First magic item claimed, a sign of higher status within the Arcathi is is his first wand - a wand of acid arrows. While seen as disposable magic, Nye has heard rumors that members of his clan have back channels to the artificers of Clan Kepeshkmolik, including an Enchanter's Forge used to recharge and remake wands and other items.
