Notes

  • Bahdur Al-Qurtubi is a Peshwah sellsword, formerly of the 'Sons of Da'Nel' sect of the now defunct and disbanded Ngumalakka Tribe. The tribe was broken some years ago due to infighting of the chiefs following Great Chief Da'Nel's disastrous tour into the desert, supposedly to raid relics of a so-called 'City of the Gods'. Bahdur, like others of the Sons, have tried to follow Da'Nel's belief in attempting to cooperate with the north baronies. It is why Bahdur was temporarily living in Dragonia when he was approached to join the company.
  • Favors a falchion which he typically wields in two-hands on the ground, or in one hand when he has the support of a horse to brace himself as he lowers the blade and clips enemies on the ground. He wears an ornate breastplate, one of the few items of worked metal that he had forged while in the Trademeet Market of Dragonia.
  • Sports a cut across his right eye while defending an ambassador from the Regency of the Mines against Gnoll Raiders from the Black Hills. It has fueled Bahdur's distrust of the bestial folk since that day. He takes comfort in knowing his band did get the ambassador to safety and the gold made from the mission allowed Bahdur to afford his breastplate.
