Hugo watched intensely as the bright green liquid flowed into the deepest reds, shifting into shades of rust brown. Despite the unattractive color, the mixture was a combination of healing potion and anti-toxin. The liquid could be drank or injected, with only a minor side effect of causing the subject to have enough spider in them to climb the walls.
"Is that a special request? Or just seeing what would come with it?" Tabitha Knit asked while sitting at the counter.
"A special order, the group in question plan to explore the caves known for the spider population," Hugo Knock answered.
Notes
- Hugo Knock is a Gnome Alchemist who is part of the team Knock & Knit. His significant other is fellow Gnome apothecary, Tabitha Knit. Despite his intensity, he can be quite affectionate to Lavinia, although those interactions are quite guarded.
- As an Alchemist, Hugo has brewed everything from poisons, elixirs, to explosives. A common trade he makes is the creation of Red Powder. The alchemical substance used as a firearm propellant.
- His eyes are often obscured by either a pair of spectacles or safety goggles. That always tends to be a part of his adventuring kit.
