- Homma Rel is a Roo sniper and scout working for Honor's Legion, based out of the Pleaidian Protectorate planet of Chios. He typically works at large with one or two members to provide in-person recon for the mercenary company as they tame wild star sectors that have only recently seen the arrival of colony ships and smaller jumpgates that lead to the sector.
- Currently Homma along with the rest of his team with Honor's Legion is under a spot contract to locate and rescue Ramius McAlister, a member of the McAlister banking clan from the Solar Federation (SolFed) the governing body consisting of Human controlled Earth. Martian controlled Mars and other planets close to the Sol System. McAlister's ship was transporting the heir to a distant Solfed Mining Colony when sabotage brought the vessel out of the Jumpgate's dimension and flung them onto Uruk. Homma's unit happened to be in the area on other business.
- Has a fast speed due to a long legs that give him a slight hop forward as he runs. Homma can also jump at double the distance of a normal Human. He typically keeps critical gear strapped to himself so that it doesn't come loose if he has to make a long jump.
