• Leowyn, also known as The Shield Maiden, is a Human Warrior from somewhere around the Black Peaks that is making her way to the Black Eagle Barony to find her missing lover. She has sworn that if he is dead that she will burn the body and bring the ashes back to his family's crypt near their village.
• Was attacked and left for dead by a pack of Goblins. She wandered by one or two days, cold and hungry, before being found and nursed to health by the Minotaur, Onatah. He has agreed to help Leowyn get as far as the border between the Duchy and the Black Eagle Barony.
• Her equipment includes both her heirloom, which is a +1 weapon, as an heirloom shield that she carries on her person. She hopes to socket her shield with rare gems so that she's better prepared to face the dangers within the Black Eagle Barony.
