• Vespasian 'V' Pennyweight is the Rogue member of the Pennyweight Clan. The Pennyweights are a Goblin clan that stretches between the Bilgewater and Steamwheedle Cartel via marriage alliances and cousins created by a small group of 2nd War zeppelin captains and crew members who started their family off the booty made from that war.
• Often wears masks and rarely speaks due to an issue with stuttering. Vespasian has had a hard childhood and prefers communicating via sign language or by written word, only speaking slow and quiet to try and keep his wording perfect. He adds his Dex to Bluffing when dealing with physical deception (quick action in his hands).
• Married to Messalina Littlevolts, a Goblin Artificer and Electrician out of Bilgewater Harbor, typically aligning with his Bilgewater cousins over those Pennyweight's who prefer to remain faction neutral with the Steamwheedle Cartel.
