- Piosenna Reyne appears as a Peshwah woman unconnected to any of the tribes or clans of Peshwah in the Eastern Hak. She is actually an alien, a human member of the Galactic Federation who accessed hidden archives of the Galactic Survey Bureau and the fate the Beagle that was lost in Blackmoor. Unfortunately, Insectoid pirates shot her vessel down after she dropped from the slipstream over planet, forcing her own vessel to crash. Since then, she has quietly adapted mingled with the population of the Eastern Hak.
- Is looking to recruit a party of adventurers following the rumors of the City of the Gods. Another fallen vessel that she might be able to salvage parts to repair her ship. The last party to venture that deep into the Hak was lost, Piosenna hopes that the surviving advanced tech will recognize her as a Federation Citizen and make it easier for her to explore the facility and defeat any remaining security systems.
- Has a few 'magic' items on her, which are actually tech. She has a universal toolkit which can 'conjure' any physical tool as well as plug and access computer networks. She also carries a needler pistol that she has dressed up as a collapsible hand crossbow, and for true emergencies, has hidden a laser pistol in her things. Each item has only so many charges, meaning she has to use them sparingly.
