"I hear Halina's got a pony that can count to six- and likes to eat meat." - Chandler, Lieutenant in the Thieves Guild
Notes
- Halina is a member of the mercantile Hearthkeeper Clan, which is famous for its Dwarven ponies and trading group Hearthkeep Goods which moves goods across the Known World from the snowy peaks down to the ports of Karameikos or the Honeydew Market in the Five Shires. Hearthkeep has connections that stretch all the way to the Guild Islands due to the kinship she shares with the Seaclan Dwarves.
- Has a husband, Waring Hearthkeeper, who joined her Clan and took her last name when they married. Waring the Scarred acts as Halina's bodyguard. He gets his name from surviving from an Orcish barbed arrow to the neck that severed much of his vocal cords. He speaks little, almost having a connection with Halina that borders on telepathic.
- When traveling, Halina carries a small stipend from her company in order to make purchases on items for trade, or to help complete the mission. When in negotiation, she is capable of purchasing items at 75% its listed price. As she gains levels, she gains better discounts.
