Notes
- Mona is a member of the Laker class ship, Grey Lady, in a post-fall world where mutants, synths, and pure stocks share the region. Mona's background is as a mutant animal of otter stock, making her perfect for the cooler conditions of the Great Lakes and the Torch Peninsula that juts into the lakes.
- She wears reinforced utilities, but can easily strip off the clothing when she needs to swim. Protecting her is a natural dexterity and defensive training to dodge attacks. Her heavy coating and mutations makes her immune to natural cold as well as resistant to cold energy attacks.
- Is part of a crew that has taken a job to transport a pre-fall artifact from Thunderhead on what was once Lake Superior to a port in the York Reaches without the object falling into the hands of the Knights of Genetic Purity or the pirate gangs. The crew includes a man named Scanlon who is in charge of the crated artifact nestled with the usual cargo.
