Notes 

• Bregdan, or Bregdan the Mystic, is a Ratfolk Mage and a member of the Topez Dispatch. A traveler chronicler and adventurer who has traveled from the gilt halls of Sunrae to the practical castles of Moonrae and everywhere in-between. All of his reports end up going back to Port Kyna where they make their way into Topaz Dispatch's broadsheet for the entertainment of readers.
• Specializes in Divination Magic, which acts as his domain. Several spells allow Bregdan to detect and analyze arcane auras. In addition to the spells listed, Bregdan has a number of scrolls that he can have on hand to either learn from or cast in his everyday travels.
• Although he maintains several Scrolls like any Wizard, Bregdan's item creation specialty is Wands. He maintains at least one Wand of Sparks or Wand of Shock and has both gold and craft points to enchant more wands as part of his travel.
