Notes

  • Xerxes Radaldan is the chief diplomat on behalf of the Gith Freebooters that sail across the spacesea of Wildspace. He works negotiate trade agreements and docking rights for the renegade Gith at various space ports, such as the Rock of Bral, using his sly tongue to dispel any 'rumors' about the Freebooters raiding habits.
  • As a Soul Knife, Xerxes is never truly disarmed unless fitted with devices that dampen his psychic energies. As a free action, Xerxes can always conjure a pair of psychic blades from his hands and use as both melee and ranged weapons.
  • Has a knack for cryptology, the science of making and breaking codes. By using a one-time pad with his counterpart within the Freebooter Fleet, Xerxes can send near unbreakable codes about diplomatic progress or other interesting news the fleet should investigate.
