Miser's original home is an ice palace, but he has traveled to the prime material plane to help his family's friend, The Red Saint. 
• Weapon of choice is Cane. Snow Miser's cane acts as both a bludgeon and a piercing weapon, as the tip is fine enough to act as a dagger point. The weapon is magically enchanted and deals cold damage along with its original physical attack.
• Bardic talents include song and dance. Any of Snow Miser's songs are performed in a combination of these two methods. While Snow Miser does not possess any magical spells on his own, he is capable of casting spells via scrolls or wands.
