Notes 

  • JEM or JEMCO (JEM Company) is an adventuring company named after the first names of its founders: Jeronas, Elara, and Moon. A Tiefling Bard, a Dragonborn Sorceress and Jewelcrafter, and a Tiefling Druid who met in port city of Saltmarsh as part of a Brotherhood of Sellswords meeting that they decided to ditch and form their own company rather than pay Brotherhood dues. They were drawn to the nearby Guisman Manor, which was believed to be haunted, but full of treasure.
  • The three uncovered the 'haunting' of the manor was actually a group of smugglers who were moving stolen goods to other ports. After defeating the smugglers and stealing their ship, the three decided to formalize their company (JEMCO) and take ownership of the smuggler's vessel, The Sea Ghost
  • Other jobs they've performed is making allies out of the Lizardfolk, Elara crafting her first jewelcrafting piece and adding it to her recipe book (Periapt of Proof Against Poison), and drawing other adventurers to work with the company out of a refurbished Guisman Manor. They also finally cleared out the actual Kevan Guisman, who was a skeleton alchemist living out of a locked storage closet.
