Notes 

• Mumeli Cloves is a minor mage and rogue living in Port St. Marvica. She is originally from the Traveler bands that move rove across the region, one of the rare members that has inherited shapeshifting from her mother and has become a Werefox. Like other 'minor werefolk' Mumeli has little connection between the brewing conflict between the werewolf clans and the Vampire, Count Dubrinsky.
• Is working for Dubrinsky's rival, Vladimir Serahoslav (Sera-o-slav) in trying to find one Sabrina Holtzman, a popular bard-actress working in the Port that the Count has taken an interest in. Sarahoslav believes the Count is interested as Holtzman may be the reincarnation of the Count's wife and is eager to destabilize the count by either kidnapping or killing the woman. To avoid direct involvement, Serahoslav has intrusted a third party to work with Mumeli and her spies.
• Mumeli's lover is a blacksmith who has accompanied Mumeli's band before they settled into the Port. He is aware of what Mumeli can do and has made peace with the matter. Unlike Werewolves, Werefoxes do not go into such rages that he fears for his life, but he does sometimes remain in his shop rather than face his beloved during one of her 'spells'.
